Really?

Things that annoy me…

• People who don’t know how to walk on side-walks or down hallways…a quick lesson:  Walk as if you were driving: stay to your right and only use the left lane to pass.  If you’re walking next to someone and another person is walking towards you, you are the one obligated to move to out of the way.  Don’t cut the corner.  If you are on the wrong side and bump into someone, say “excuse me” or “I’m sorry.”  Don’t text and walk, pay attention to the task at hand.  It’s all pretty simple stuff here, use common sense.
• People who take the down elevator for one floor.  I work in a building that has a parking garage underneath and daily I see people waiting in the lobby to take the elevator down to their cars.  There is a stairwell next to the elevator, and it’s clean and well-lit.  By the time the elevator has rumbled up to pick these people up, they could already be in the garage getting into their car…it seems like a waste of time.  Plus, it prevents me from being able to take the elevator UP one floor to my office…
• I guess I just hate people in general…
